It's been a while, a problem occurs to me when renaming some episodes of some anime, in a few cases, it happened with series, come on.
I organized and edited the episodes of an anime X, but some episodes are renamed with the addition of SXXEXX after the correct one, in addition to the name of that episode, Example:

Anime Name - S01E01 S03E15 - Name_Episode_S01E01 Name_Episode_S03E15.ext

*In some cases, the repetition in the episode name occurs up to 3 times.

In another series, put the extension twice, once before the dot and once after the dot (as is the default for windows).

Well, when a file has TWO (or more) episodes in filename, we initially detected these episodes on updating datasource by parsing the filename.
This is a valid use case, to have multiple consecutive episodes in a single file.
And after renaming, you got these these names...

There is no easy fix for that.
You need to correct the video file names manually, delete all the wrong multi episode NFO files, and remove them from TMM (better the complete show).
After another update, they should be only listed for a single episode... and you can scrape again... (and rename again)
