You'll need to post a better description than that with details of exactly what build you are using.

RX 6400 (the cute little low profile XFX "SWFT 105" card). You will likely run into the same problem, at least in Windows 11 (I think 21H2).
Just ran across this same problem with the newest stable Matrix. Just built an ITX system with an RX 6400...and saw this same thing.
Thanks to THIS thread, the nightly build of 19.4 fixed it right up. I wasn't brave enough to try the v20 download. This was the first time I setup KODI on a Windows box. I usually build Pi3/Pi4 machines with an image of OpenELEC (now LibreELEC). Noticed this (only mildly annoying) font problem the other day...and decided to see if anyone else was seeing this. I suspected the AMD drivers immediately. The drivers from Microsoft Update as well as the big SHOTGUN approach for AMD drivers (It's some BIG all-in-one driver suite for chipsets, Ryzen,etc)...all did the same thing.
The nightly build "KodiSetup-20220 612-3631c43c-Matrix-x64.exe" fixed it right up.

on linux box Just upgraded my old R9 290 to a 6800 XT and can not get any Anime to run now , wondering if this is going to be another issue now not a good sign if windows users are being affected by issues
kodi (6:20.0+git20220923.0301-938207472a-0~jammy) over (6:20.0+git20211213.0301-1b1e86a672-0~focal) made no difference

Adrenaline 22.9.2 has eliminated the font corruption issue on my system running kodi 19.4 with an AIB rx 6900 xt.

Hi,
I have the same issue on my new machine with the 6800u processor with integrated graphics.
What's puzzling to me is that on my other machine with 4500u (also with integrated graphics) I never had this issue, and I use the same "Adrenalin" driver package on both machines, Windows and Kodi versions match too.
I even copied the whole Kodi directory to the new one, with no success.

I installed one of the latest nightly builds (are they called "master" versions?) and this has been fixed (with the official stable version I had this issue on 680m igpu (6850u cpu). Try it.
