I am trying to setup pvr wmc client on Kodi running on Batocera linux x64 pc

Batocera x64 version 5.26 2020
Kodi version 18.6

I've tried following the instructions at

I can't find PVR WMC in Settings->Add Ons

There is a link to manually install:

Can anyone point me in the direction for the proper way to install the PVR WMC client on Kodi running on Batocera linux on a pc?
