Can you enable Component Logging in your next Debug Log and enable SMB library andr whichever protocol matches what you are using.

I notice it is the same move as in your other logs. Are you having problems with only this movie, or is it every movie in your library?

@movie78 does the folder exist, can you play the associated files? Otherwise I can't say. Kodi does not provide any further details on file system failures.

No. There isn't a way to update the actor image paths in the library, so after AD downloads a file Kodi still won't use it until you remove and rescan the movie / show.

@rmrector Yes the folder does exit and I can play all associated files, the previous version Artwork beef worked fine on Leia.

Hello good people. Any idea when the issue of not downloading clearlogo for movies and thumbnails for TV shows will be fixed?

Yep clearlogo is at provider sites, eg, https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/791373-...uage=en-AU
Setting artwork to maximum didn't help. So I specifically turned on the Movie and TV show whitelists. I turned on all options under the whitelist. The movie whitelist already has "clearlogo", but it still didn't download them anyway. The TV Shows whitelist didn't mention thumb, so I manually added "thumb", but still didn't download them.
I noticed the clearlogos stopped downloading after I upgrade to Kodi v19 and switched from Artwork Beef to Artwork Dump.
I can also confirm the sources have the files I am looking for, as I've just tested tinyMediaManager, and it downloaded the episode thumps straight away from the same source.

I'm running into an odd issue with a couple of my folders wherein they're throwing "failed with NFS3ERR_NOENT(-2)". I've attached the full debug log below, and again there's only a couple that are doing it out of all of them. I've seen this both by running "Dump new video artwork" and "dump all video artwork", so it doesn't seem to make a difference. NFSv3 is the network config for this.

So to show you what I mean about not downloading the clear logos, I right clicked on "Zack Snyder's Justice League" and selected the Artwork Dump option. After a couple of seconds it told me there was no artwork to update. Debug log results below.
I can confirm I've got all artwork options turned on for movies in the Artwork Dump options. On a previous scan it did download 1 x fanart image and 1 x poster image.
