Can you enable Component Logging in your next Debug Log and enable SMB library andr whichever protocol matches what you are using.

Does the movie and tv show have clearlogo at the provider sites?
Have you set artwork to maximum in Settings>Media>Video ?
Provide a Debug Log which captures the problem.

So to show you what I mean about not downloading the clear logos, I right clicked on "Zack Snyder's Justice League" and selected the Artwork Dump option. After a couple of seconds it told me there was no artwork to update. Debug log results below.
I can confirm I've got all artwork options turned on for movies in the Artwork Dump options. On a previous scan it did download 1 x fanart image and 1 x poster image.
