Highly appreciated effort to get this one released.
Anyhow, wondering if anyone else has issues with connecting to kodi using fqdn's ?
I'm getting "the resource could not be loaded because the app transport security..."
Kodi remote 1.6 (2029) on iOS 14.4 (iPhone Xs)

Thanks for the report, will be fixed in next update. It happens because of insecure http connection.

Confirmed also with Kodi 18.7 and iPhone iOS 14.4. The app will no longer connect using FQDN since the update.
Changing the FQDN to just the hostname works.
