You may be very unhappy to know that I'm getting the immediate crash on startup, but do not have the TrakT plugin installed

Hi i'm new in this Forum and i sadly have the same problem with my Version of Kodi...
I use Kodi 19.3 Matrix since it came out but since two days it keeps crashing on startup
I don't even have TrakT installed, just a visualizer from the official Kodi-Repo and i think the name was "GisMeteo Weather" if i'm correct...
All the Time everything worked just fine but all of a sudden Kodi decides to Crash on Startup without even letting me get to the Settings at all...
It crashes as soon as the Kodi Matrix Splash Screen disappears, which is usually when the main menu fades in, but no, there's no main menu for me anymore, just a stupid crash over and over and over again
Even Re-Installing a fresh copy of Kodi as a Portable Version on an entirely different Drive resulted in Crashing on Startup (a version where no plugins are installed at all) and this is kinda shocking, tbh
i also tried upgrading it to version 19.4 but nope, it still keeps crashing...
in the Dump-File it said something about an "Access Violation" regarding to my Computer's RAM at 0x%p with the note "The operation %s could not be performed in memory." and i don't know what should be wrong with my System's RAM...
i mean, is it really normal for Kodi to say "oh, what a nice day to make my user suffer by crashing when he tries to start me up, mwahahahaaa"
It worked flawlessly for over an entire year now, suddenly decides to stop working at all from one day to the other, basically "over night"

UPDATE - I found a neat solution for the Problem almost instantaneous
If you go inside the Folder "C:\Users\(YourUsername)\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons"
you have to delete the Folder called "vfs.libarchive" (or just move it into any "non-Kodi-Related folder" on your PC using the classic CTRL-X CTRL-V method)
Then kodi should start up just fine again...
yes i know, i said that it keeps crashing a couple of seconds or minutes ago but i found this solution by just trying to delete whatever was based on WinDbg the Source of all the Crashes
but be warned, it can still happen again, even with the folder deleted...

My Matrix 19.1 started crashing yesterday and none of these suggestions worked, neither did upgrading to Matrix 19.4 but going into "C:\Users\(YourUsername)\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons" and deleting the last couple of plugins I had installed "plugin.video.xxxxxx" (x's being the plugin filename) did the trick. It might be worth looking at for those having the same issue.
