Kodi 19.0 and MediaPortal client 3.5.18
#1
I just upgraded my Kodi 18.9 installation on my test system to 19.0. With it comes MediaPortal PVR client 3.5.18, which is the same as the one which comes with Kodi 18.9.

When I try to enable the client, I get a message that it is incompatible with this version of Kodi (i.e. 19.0).

I had the same issue with the DVBlink/TVmosaic client, but that was solved by just reinstalling Kodi. This same trick did not help the issue with the MediaPortal client.
For what it is worth, the DVBlink/TVmosaic client version is not the same as with Kodi 18.9, while the MediaPortal client is.

Hi, you need to install the MediaPortal PVR client 8.1.0 plugin, you can download it from the Kodi repository

Yes! And in the mean time, auto-update has done its work.

But why is it not integrated in the Kodi 19.0 distribution?
