I use Kodi for the first time.  

I have an IPTV playlists with TV channels and VODs.
I found and use PVR IPTV Simple for live TV channels, but it isn't practical for VODs.

I'll like to find a addon for VODs from IPTV which works like Plex.
Which add-on is best for you to do that in Kodi ?

IPTV simple is about the only addon for use in this way.

It is possible to use IPTV with some other PVR (wiki) backends like TVHeadEnd, but you'd need to also install a server for that somewhere on your network to make it useful. And even then it might not be any more usable than what you already have with IPTV Simple.

I have a simple free application on my phone (Smart IPTV Xtream Player) which it can do that, but not Kodi ?
