For albums starting with "..." the solution seems to be easy: Don’t use the period (full stop) 3 times but use the typographic correct horizontal ellipsis "…" for the name of the directory.
Or maybe it is even better for you not to have periods/ellipsis in the directory name so that it will be sorted under T in den directory/file list (but you can use them/it in the album name, e.g. by metadata tag).
For Norah Jones’s album I’m not sure if the title should include the points since they are not used on the spine of the CD and they are also not used on her website (but I tend to use them).
At MusicBrainz just one release uses the points (and it might be good to change the periods to ellipsis).
Most of the releases of Phil Collins’s album already have the correct ellipsis.
P.S.: As a non-correct workaround in case of just one or two dots you can think about using the one dot or two dot leader.
