I use thetvdb.com for my TV shows DB info. It's been bugging me that there were no actors listed for Mad Men so I went in and added a few last night. Thetvdb.com has you enter the actor, character and an image file. So then I updated my Mad Men info and voila the two actors appeared, but the images were from IMDB, not the ones I added. It made me wonder if it would be better to pull the images from the same source as the actors. Or maybe it would make more sense to pull both the actors and the images from IMDB since it seems to be more complete. Or best of all would be to allow the end user to choose a setting for each (on a source by source basis, not a show by show basis.)

None of this would have occurred to me if it wasn't already pulling the actors and images from two different places.

Anyway, just an idea.
