I just updated from 17.6 to to 18.9 with the Quartz skin, and want to use shortcuts in the menu to go directly to specific folders for video content - I can create favorites to the folder, but that just takes me to the folder with unnamed subfolders showing, not the media content.  Is there a way to do this?

Might not meet your needs but I'm able to import into the video library via 'Settings>Media>Library>Videos...>Add videos...' separate folders, then favorite those sources (same window) and pin them to a submenu.
