I mean, it makes sense considering that many people are streaming and people aren't watching live TV as much anymore, but you can only access IPTV over AppleTV or NVidia shield, no FireTV, no Chromecast. Also, even with AppleTV or Nvidia Shield, there is no cloud PVR option. I feel like there is still a niche market for regular TV as in Canada we don't have access to all programs on VOD from American nets, so sometimes regular old live TV is the only option. The Telus forums seem all but dead on the topic. Any insiders know what the scoop is?
