Makes perfect sense that the 19.1 WS-Discovery check (implemented to allow browse of SMB folder shares on Win 10 machines without SMB 1.0) could be the cause, given that it's impossible to test with all types of possible devices connected to a system.

I have the same problem but I can't download the file, it does not exist.

The fix is already merged, download a Matrix nightlie from here:
