I dare two express two additional wishes, not at all urgent.

1) The on screen keyboard that appears when a user logs in misses most non alphabetical characters (one of these characters is needed for my password). As a workaround for the time being I use an app on my smartphone that acts as a virtual bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

2) When accessing the login screen, it would be convenient to avoid entering every time the password.

The other characters will be accessible if you click one of the buttons in the bottom left I suspect

you should only need to login once initially .
Without a password, I don't understand how you would authenticate yourself?

1) Indeed I just discovered that clicking the virtual key to get capitol letters on the on-screen KODI keyboard presents also additional non-numeric characters.

2) About the second point, up to now I entered my password using a bluetooth virtual keyboard Android app from my smartphone.
I normally log out when done, because I imagine that otherwise I keep occupying one of the three slots for same-time vision. Then, when next time I log in, I am presented with my email address field already filled in, while I have to reenter my password. Am I doing wrong? I mean, shouldn't I log out?

Correct. Don't logout. Just leave it logged in.
Saving password isn't a good idea as it would need to be saved in plain text and any other addon could grab it etc
