Hi,

I'm asking for a way to change the Skin Addon settings, from my Service Addon using python.
I'm able to backup and modify the userdata skin settings file.
Replacing the exsisting with the modified file is noted with an error.

I also changed the skin settings file from commandline. It seems
that the setting are restored after reboot.

What is the python script way to change the Skin Addon settings?

There really isnʻt one.  You arenʻt suppose to be modifying settings outside you own add-on settings.
