Wrong Version of Input Stream Adaptive for CHannel DVR

The Dependencies for Channel DVR says you need Inputstream Adaptive Version 2.6.6.  The Kodi repositories installed Version 2.6.18. 

Is there solution?

I am running Matrix 19.1 on Windows  10.
