PLEASE!!! Bring back the high score lists. My wife and I used to play this a lot as we would compete for the high score in the 25, 50, 100 question runs for example. Now we almost never play it

Okay, I added user management options and a high score list.
If mysql is used it will be centrally managed, otherwise it will use sqlite individual instances.
User management allows users to be created or deleted as well as log-in or log-out options.
If a user is logged in, they will have the option for competitive mode where high scores will be tracked based on correct answers in the round (of varying lengths chosen by the user).

I hope that @seveerekaj will consider pulling these changes as well if they plan to continue updating the addon.

Yes I will update the UI to make the text readable for text based questions. My bad. Will do it this week at some point and update
