The app on my Xbox One is not working in any way possible, I even tried to reinstall, but nothing works, doesn't update system add-ons, doesn't install repository, not even language pack . Please update the app. the version 18.9 leia is outdated, with several flaws

We know - see the several other threads on the topic in this section.
It's being looked into, but seems to relate to a recent certificate expiry from Lets Encrypt that is affecting a number of applications and functions on the internet. There are links and details in the other threads.
