Short answer is No, there is no roadmap.

Essentially team members work on whatever they feel like as/when they have time.

If you are looking to work on something, there's the feature requests forum, or there's plenty of open issues on GitHub. Find something that interests you and dive in.

While not exactly a roadmap per say, you can look at open and closed pull requests for xbmc/xbmc on GitHub:

Some if not most of those PRs have tags so can use to to filter for things like "nexus" and "feature":

If a PR is closed there then it has likely been merged and will make it into Nexus, if not it still might make it.
