in kodi interface there is no loop button for video player.
I don't know if it is a "hardwaree configuration or if it depends of skins.
i know it is existing in music player you can reload the song file because a condition is determinated "playable !hasaudio"

it will be much appreciated to add this function for tv and video player
i hope i'll be heard and in next kodi 20 maybe it will appear

This would be skin dependant. I haven't checked out all the skins for this feature, but an older one 'Transparency' for the Leia skin; does utilize a loop button [interesting feature is to set bookmarks and loop between] . Alternatively you can use the context menu to queue up as many of the same, and use the play from here (Tested on Matrix, default skin).
