As a pure guess, because there's a hardware decode path avaiable, so ffmpeg is likely not needed at all.

@Koloss Just FYI, I have raised a PR here which will (if accepted) show DV flags on all platforms.  There is also a possibility that the team will move to using ffmpeg v5.0 which would also achieve the same thing.

The HDR labels won't be shown on playing LiveTV (UHD). When playing a previously recorded UHD broadcast, Flag appears: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/21383
