Nothing works simple client simply doesn't work in Kodi 19. Sucks

So I've tried to setup KODI+IPTV Simple client on my Android s96 mini TV box.
1/ Kodi works perfectly on Win11 64 bit but not on Androi
2/ It wokrs on version 18.9
3/ 19.4 and 20 alpha stuck on updating channels infomation
As I've investigated it is connected with such things
- in version 18.9 Simple Client installs alone, while in further versions it asks for 3 more addons
- in 19.4 desktop (Win11) it works fine and it reads some EPG data for certain channels while in 18.9 it just do not load this information and that is why ot works!
