I have a Problem with Kodi 19.3 on the Xbox Series x. Always when i start a iptv Channel the stream stuck in a only picture and the Xbox Shuts down.

Without any technical details from your end we can only have a look in our crystal ball, and it is not telling us much either.
Perhaps you can provide a debug log (wiki) (via pastebin) so we can see what happens underwater with your Kodi setup.
