I have a file that is Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 audio. My Sonos system does not support DDP, I believe. I have the PlayBase and Sonos Ones. So on settings, I set DDP compatible receiver to disabled. I am not getting any audio with the file. I have played other files today with audio. I am sure it is another setting that just needs to be tweaked.

Do you get any audio if you disable all passthrough options?
