* Please confirm: Do you want to serve files only for Chinese users or be considered for all requests (mirror selection for users would still be based on geographical distance, among others, so it is unlikely you would get a lot of traffic from outside Asia)
* Where are you syncing from and how often?
* To determine which files on your mirror are up-to-date and can be presently served, we require rsync access to your mirror. Please provide an rsync URL.
* Mirror admin name and email address
