Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I am not having any artwork displayed in the Kodi Remote app, both IOS and Android. Problem is also across Kodi releases, same problem happens in Leia and Matrix. All functions in the remote work properly so I know the app is connecting.
Any suggestions what I should be looking at? There are no errors in the log.

If it's an access problem then I am not seeing anything in the logs. I am also receiving some artwork, music albums and movie sets. I am unable to test with a localhost since I have Kodi running on a NAS and I only have one output, so I an either run the browser or Kodi. I admit I'm not an expert and there may be a way to do this but I do not have the knowledge required. There other test gave the same results as the app.

So this is very confusing, I am back to believing that I am not getting any images (sorry for the confusion). I deleted all of the sources, re-added them and no artwork is being displayed in the remote app. All artwork shows properly using the regular Kodi interface. I also installed the same release of Kodi on a Windows laptop and when I connect to that instance all of the artwork shows properly in the Kodi Remote app. All of the artwork is located in the same directory as the movie, scraped from fanart.tv using Ember Media Manager. When importing the movies Kodi is told to use Local Information Only.
Like I stated previously all of the functions in the remote app work perfectly, just no images are displayed. I would think that if there was a security/blocking issue that nothing would work. Having said that I am open to any and all suggestions on how to try and resolve the issue (debug logs, etc.).
