My TV Card (Hauppauge WinTV-HVR2250) is recognized.  Tvheadend is loaded and configured.  I can view channels directly within Tvheadend.  A new instance of Kodi (18.6) is loaded on clean install of Linux Mint 20.2.  I have downloaded 'kodi-pvr-hts', but the pvr does not show up anywhere.  Can't seem to find how to pull this into Kodi.  No option to activate 'live TV', no option to 'enable' pvr.

Frustrated, any thoughts?

Resolved.  Thanks wsnipex.  Loaded Kodi 19.3.  PVRs located exactly as expected (Add-ons > MyAdd-ons > PVRs).

For some reason, attempts to load Kodi through 'Team Kodi PPA repository',
     "sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:team-xbmc/'build'"
led to Kodi 18.6 (by Debian).  This version would not display PVR listing.

Anyway, we are 'Golden' now running Kodi 19.3 under LinuxMint 20.3.
