Please define "connect to Kodi". Are you referring to the application, its music or video databases, its web interface, or something else?

Kodi unlike Plex or other programs that keep a central server, tabs on users, and gatekeeper functions have no intrinsic limits. Your personal hardware, bandwidth and network connections are the only thing that would see limitations.
