Kodi Netflix addon stopped working: InputStream Helper error
#1
Hi. I could not find a relevant stream so I am starting this one. I have Raspbian Buster running on my pi 4b. I installed Kodi 18.7 and the Netflix add-on. It worked immediately, and that was that great. Until one day all of a sudden it stopped. I can start Netflix, but then when I choose a show to watch I get an error message:
"This operation has been canclled.
InputStream Helper has generated an internal error:
'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in postion 58437"

I have no idea what this means. I uninstalled Kodi and reinstalled it, uninstalled the Netflix addon and reinstalled it. Several times. Nothing worked.

Any ideas?

Get the fix from github: https://github.com/emilsvennesson/script...1068239609
Install it from Addons -> from zip file
Go to the addon and reinstall Widevine
Fixed it for me.
