Hi I have setup my Music MP3 files to my library & the tracks & artist info is fine but I just get the music icon logo on the CD picture display on the screen have I to change any settings in the media setup section thank you.

No, you only need to scrape the Cd images correctly to the library and select the 3D view in the left panel when browsing a view that displays CD, like Shelf view, and they will show.
