I'm running Kodi v18/Leia via LibreELEC 9.2.8 and missing the ARTE TV plugin but there is only an "ARTE +7" plugin which lists only frensh content.

I remember that the ARTE plugin was once available in Kodi. Do I have to upgrade to a newer version?

You can use the ARDundZDF plugin from Kodinerds Repo - in the configuation you can activate ARTE addionally
