My System;
Samsung TV - ARC-ECC set directly to
Apliffier: Denon AVR S660H
And 5.1 speaker set
MediaPlayer: Nokia 8000 (Android Media Player)
Kodi 19.3 - connected through HDMI

When I play CD/DVD/BR through my BR/DVD/BR player (Also HDMI);
CD (not the DVD) i.e. Aero by Jean Michel Jarre
I can play it as "INPUT - HDMI / SIGNAL PCM"
OUTPUT: DOLBY PL II Music

When I use Kodi to play an ALAC (lossless) version of the same CD
I cannot get the option to play it in dolby PL II Music
Only the "fakes;
- Multi Channel Stereo (Which uses indeed all speakers but just stereo)
- Dolby Audio - DD+

But this last option doesn't use the center, surround, nor subwoofer.... Only uses the front left and right

How to change that?

Can it be caused because "Audio Output Device" is greyed out to "AudioTrack (IEC)" And I cannot get it to another option there?
Or why can't I play my lossless (ALAC) files in Dolby
