Can there be a decoder or any other addon to transmit the audio data like maybe the pitch, frequency, etc in realtime using UPD or other protocol so that the data can then be utilized by led controllers for effects.

Maybe you can achieve an approximation of what you're trying to do by using a visualization add-on like shadertoy and/or hardware like the ODROID N2(plus) which exposes some pins on its hardware for display purposes.
