I noticed there is a random bug encountered

Value of  '1' is not valid for 'Value'. Value should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'. 
Parameter name: Value

​​​After enable the setting 

-User Certification for MPAA
-only if no MPAA is found

Prior to enabling this setting, never encountered this bug before.
