These videos are problematic on both Android and Windows but I'll just post Windows information since the problem it is easily reproduced there.

Kodi 19.4
Windows 10 21H2 x64
Intel i9-10900F
64 GB RAM
EVGA RTX 3080 (NVIDIA Studio Driver 516.94)
3.5mm Audio (Realtek 6.0.9129.1)

On Windows, a green screen is shown while the audio plays for several seconds then suddenly all of the missing frames go by at a fast speed then the video plays fine going forward.
On Android, the loading animation shows while the audio plays for several seconds then suddenly the video starts with all of the missing frames going by at fast speed then the video plays fine going forward.

I'm thinking this is a problem with the videos since most of my other content plays fine on Kodi but I'm interested to hear what exactly is wrong with these videos.
They do play fine on Plex and VLC though.

Opening the files in MKVToolNix and resaving solved the issue so must've just been some issue with the Matroska container.
