I have used Raspberry PI 4's for years on all my TVs and loved them.
One is dieing and no one is selling replacements.
Is the Orange Pi 4 LTS(4gb) a fulling working replacement? I need 1080p or better, CEC (to turn my TV off), use me USB remote, tv/Movies from NAS, Stream TV, audio over HDMI.

I'd check over at the LibreElec forums to see if the Orange Pi 4 LTS is a supported board for their experimental RockChip builds.   Alternatively have a look at the CoreElec forums and see what AMLogic platforms are preferred.
