Where do I find the files to modify these sections in the template?

1.-Hide Home screen date (attached screenshot)
Hello, I wanted to modify the Amber theme for Matrix, the date on the home screen, if you are so kind as to tell me in which file it is located in Amber, I would modify the code myself.

2.-Import/Export only Ambar menus (attached screenshot)
I wanted to know if there is the possibility of importing or exporting only the menu in Ambar, to be able to create Backups only of the Menu.

Donde localizo los archivos para modificar en plantilla estas secciones?

1.-Ocultar fecha pantalla Inicio (adjunto captura pantalla)
Hola queria modificar en el tema Amber para Matrix, la fecha en la pantalla de inicio, si es tan amable de decirme en que archivo se encuentra en Amber, yo mismo modificaria el codigo.

2.-Importar/Exportar solo menus Ambar (adjunto captura pantalla)
Queria saber si existe la posibilidad de importar o exportar solo el menu en Ambar, para poder crearme Backups solo del Menu.

That's determined by Kodi itself, not the skin. Eso lo determina el propio Kodi, no la skin.
