Hi,
My NVIDIA Shield updated automatically today to Nexus 20.0 from Matrix 19.4 & now I am unable to play or view any of my libraries on my external drives. Movie & TV libraries say that the content can't be found, same for Music. If I try to view my sources through file manager & navigate to the file locations, file manager reports there are no files in the folder.
There are also text errors throughout wherever the word "File" is used, it displays as "♦le"......strange right?
Is there any fix for this other than having to uninstall & lose my whole library?
