v20 Dogway's (light) Estuary Mod for Kodi v20/21 (Nexus/Omega)
#1
Following @pkscout's steps I decided to upload my Estuary customizations that I keep for some years now:

https://github.com/Dogway/Kodi

They are mostly sanitize changes, not drastic or flashy, but UX and QoL changes mostly, so it would be safe to use.

It started all while wanting to have the movie's year and rating just above the movie title in InfoWall view mode. Then I expanded it by removing some non-sense bars like recently added or recently watched.
Since I set up quite a few nodes I also increased the nodes limit from 15 to 20 entries (is there a reason to limit it at all?  :S  )

Aside from that I also uploaded some good initial defaults with guisettings.xml, advancedsettings.xml and decoderfilter.xml.
One of the reasons was to provide a regex that would not parse [CRC] strings at the end of the filename. Splash screen goes out. And some extra regex for cleanstrings to provide easier strings for the scraper.

In decoderfilter.xml I provide some defaults to overcome the limit of HQ scaling, you can read the issue here.
I'm also creating a MyRating node, so you can have your movies sorted by your own rating, something currently is not possible.

Hope you like it, and report if you found any issue.

That's not sorting I think,  just more node granurality. In my view the less clicks the better. I even want to add an overlayed sorting , that is sort first by my rating then by default rating , so if you have 30 films rated with 8 , the ones with a higher imdb rating stack higher (descending sorting),  just below the lower rated 9 stars,  all within the same screen.

This is an example of custom made aspect ratio logos I added to my Estuary mod. I find it more eloquent than simply writing their numbers: 1.33, 1.37...
