I've been having issues lately updating my library (freezes resulting in red cross on the vero) and I understand that it could be haneWIN or firewall issue but there is no information on how to troubleshoot hanewin.
I have been using vero + haneWIN for three years with almost no problems.
Below is the link to the vero log and hoping that someone can identify if the issue is communication
