Addons that come from our official repo (the one built into Kodi) are reviewed when they are submitted.
Beyond that, we take no responsibility for anything, as it's all third party.
So its down to the user to show a little common sense (*ahem*) about what they download and install, and from where, and to take responsibility for their own actions.
