Providing multiple resolutions is a server thing, not a client thing. Either the server provides the resolution or it doesn't. And since Kodi is a client application, I think this is the wrong forum to ask.

Having said that: multiple resolutions of videos often happens with add-ons facilitating video piracy, and such add-ons are something that TeamKodi wants no part of as per our forum rules (wiki).
