Some of the labels of ListItem.Label2 contains [COLOR] tags.
How can I igonre it and override the [COLOR] color with my color as defined in the Skin?

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible in skin only. The only way I can think would be to use a python addon to strip out the tag, but that would probably come with a slight delay.
