Hello everyone I had an idea to create a new add on 100% free on Kodi to apply a Photoshop filter over the videos. Does anyone know any tutorial to create this kind of Kodi add ons? I think it should exist.
It could be applied on smart TVs with android too.

Applying a Photoshop filter onto a single image can already have a pretty big impact on the CPU and/or GPU of a device, depending on the type of filter. Especially low-powered devices will have a hard time keeping up. IMHO, it can only result into a sluggish slideshow when every single frame/image of a 23 fps (or more) video needs to be 'photoshopped'.

And no, there is no tutorial to create such an add-on, probably for the very reason I just mentioned.
