i know this is very easy to do manually, (even though atm there is no ftp in xbmc) but it would be a nice option to have a 'reset settings' option via the setting menu.


this would allow users to simply delete their system.bin file and then reboot to have everything fresh.

would probably also help with people reporting problems and i know a lot of issues are solved by deleting these file (esp. after upgrading).

hope this can be implemented.

lovely idea but to delete them it may need exclusive access to the files not sharing them whilst xbmc is running. unless xbmc doesnt constantly look for these files and is able to del them and recreate them easily whilst creating a reboot fuction
