I have been using kodi from v14, more than 10 years now! I am using kodi 18.9 wich I consider the most stable since now! I have tried 19.5 but it is not fully developed (very few bugs) and kodi 20 and 21. With the last two I got no scrape at all for movies from any available scraper!!!So 18.9 is the only solution for me, no bugs at all, perfect scraping with TMDB movie scraper (allthough its broken) but I have problem with TVshows scraping! Is there any relible (working) TV show scraper for kod18.9? The TMDB TV show scraper that is available in this version does not even start and I get only poster fanart and plot only in english, no episodes, using the TMDB movie scraper!!!

No, there is not.
You need to update to v21.
Scrapers for v19 are no longer supported. ie, they will receive no updates or fixes if/when they break
Scrapers for v20 and v21 are supported.

I have no problems with scrapers on v21, and haven't had any problems for over a year, and I do a lot of scraping and a lot of testing.
If you are having problems, I suggest it is something on your system. Provide a Debug Log that captures the scraping and I should be able to find the problem.

This is What I do: After I install Kodi 21 for Android, I do a few adjustments. Then I create a shortcut for my movies by NFS Networking. I enter my movies, open an envelope, choose a movie and through menu I choose Scan to library. In a second the window Querring The Movie Database Python information appears on my screen! From this point the progress bar stucks at the beginning and Kodi freezes for ever!!! No commant from remote control is active! I have to stop Kodi through Android apps. I restart Kodi and send you the logfile!!!

As Hitcher has already stated, you did not capture the scraping process (and the problem) in the log, so there is nothing for us to see.
Provide a log that captures the problem, then we might be able to help.

Unless I'm not looking correctly (it is early here) nothing is set to scan TV shows.

Which doesn't help with your TV show scraping problem.

A misanderstanding! The problem I have for TVshows scraping is for Kodi 19.5 that I use in all my tv boxes! Kodi 21 does not scrape neither for tv shows either for movies!!! The logs I have sent you are from kodi 21 scrapping only movies!

I can see the scraper activates and then nothing happens.
I note you are using Android, which sometimes does weird things, and MySQL which offers up a different set of problems.
What other systems do you have connected to the shared DB? Do you have a Windows setup? Have you tried scraping from Windows, and what happens?
If all your connected setups are having trouble, then the common factor is MySQL.
