HI !

I got my usb live version running ok. the only thing missing is my xbox remote.
i have hacked the org xbox dongle and soldierd on a usb cable. this dongle works totally fine in windows. however it seems that with linux
the usb dongle doesent get detected at all, wich i guess is the reason why lirc isnt working

if i do a lsusb in the terminal the only usb device detected is my
usb memory stick.

Im quite new to linux so i dont know what to do to fix this. from mye searching on this forums and on google it seems like others got the dongle working.

am im missing something here ?

ok i fixed this. made a new usb stick and started from scratch. now the dongle got detected and thanks to tslayer fix it works with LIRC.
