I've a problem with XBMC for Ubuntu systems.
I've got two computers.
1)Laptop.
On this XBMC doesn't start even.
When I run in terminal I see this:
martinex@martinex-laptop:~$ xbmc
ALSA lib pcm_dmix.c:874Sadsnd_pcm_dmix_open) unable to open slave
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
martinex@martinex-laptop:~$

On my PC XBMC sometimes crash out, and I have to run program again.

How can I fix it?

Gonna need a log on pastebin. I'd hazard to guess you don't have direct rendering working for your gfx card.

Or get the correct driver for your GFX. And where's the log?

Ok, now you can forget about running XBMC on your laptop. We require intel, ati or nvidia graphics.
