Hello Guys,

Great software, so far very impressed. I just picked up a media extender, and I'm not sure how to connect it to my Windows Vista machine running your software... Can anyone point me to some docs as I've tried looking around but can't seem to find the right thing...

or is there a simple enough process to discribe it here?

XBMC won't do what you want it to do. It is a front end, not a server. If the media extender is for windows media center edition specifically, you need to follow the directions here http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows...01033.mspx

Keep in mind, the media extenders are very limited to the type of files they support. You won't be streaming iso's and mkv's without a transcoder.
