last time i tried, xbmc cannot play matroska file. my .mkv has xvid video and 5.1 aac audio.

i knew that xbmc support aac (at least i know stereo aac in mp4 (m4a) container was supported). so the problem is likely to associate with container format.

is there any plan for mkv support in the future?

xbmc doesnt support mkv (yet)
